01Who we are
This policy covers techcelerant.com. The site is run by TECHCELERANT INC. (“Techcelerant”, “we”, “us”), 1 Broad Ave, Unit #4, Fairview, NJ 07022. It explains what we collect when you visit, fill in a form, chat with our assistant or pay us, and what you can do about it.
Questions about this policy go to info@techcelerant.com.
02Information you give us
Contact forms. When you send a form we receive your name and email, and anything else you choose to add: phone number, company, the service you need, your budget and your message. We also record which form you used and the page you sent it from.
Chat assistant. We don’t keep chats in a database. When you close the chat or leave the page, a transcript, with the page you were on, is emailed to our team. If you gave the assistant your email, you get a copy too. Replies are generated by a third-party AI model provider, which receives your messages to produce them. Please don’t type card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details into the chat.
Payments. When you buy a package or pay an invoice, you enter your card and billing details on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the invoice: your name, email, the package, the amount and the payment status.
Emails and calls. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that correspondence so we can answer and do the work.
03Information collected automatically
How you found us. When you arrive, the site notes the first page you landed on, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and any ad click IDs (from Google, Microsoft or Meta ads). This is kept in your browser for the visit and attached to your inquiry if you send one, so we know which ads and pages bring in inquiries.
Device details. With a form submission we store your browser’s user agent (browser and operating system). Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare to check that the form was sent by a person; we don’t store it with your inquiry.
Analytics and ad tags. The services listed below collect the pages you view, clicks, scrolling, how long you stay, your device and browser, your approximate location from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar browser storage. Microsoft Clarity also records sessions: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, which we can replay to see where pages confuse people.
04How we use it
- To reply to you, write proposals and quotes, and deliver the work you buy.
- To take payments, send receipts and invoices, and keep tax and accounting records.
- To send you a copy of your inquiry and emails about your project. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- To see how people use the site and fix pages that don’t work well.
- To measure which ads lead to inquiries and sales, and to show our ads to people who visited the site.
- To block spam and abuse.
05Companies that process data for us
We use these providers to run the site and the business. Each receives only what it needs for its job.
- Vercel hosts the site and runs Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page speed.
- Resend sends our emails, including the copy of your inquiry and our notification to the sales team.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that each form was sent by a person.
- Stripe processes card payments. Payments are processed by OrchestriAI LLC on behalf of TECHCELERANT INC., using Stripe.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager measure visits and ad conversions and let us show ads to past visitors.
- Meta Pixel measures conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads and lets us show those ads to past visitors.
- Microsoft Advertising (UET) measures conversions from Bing ads and lets us show those ads to past visitors.
- Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heatmaps.
- An AI model provider generates the chat assistant’s replies from the messages you send.
Google, Meta and Microsoft also use the data their tags collect under their own privacy policies, including to improve their ad products. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
06Cookies, tracking and how to opt out
The analytics and ad tags above load for every visitor. The site does not show a cookie consent banner. If you don’t want to be tracked, you can opt out in these ways:
- Block third-party cookies or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center.
- Change your Meta ad preferences.
- Turn off personalized ads in your Microsoft ad settings.
- Use the industry opt-out pages run by the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
The site does not currently change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. To opt out of ad tracking linked to you, email info@techcelerant.com as described in the next section.
07Your privacy rights
We don’t sell personal information for money. Some US state privacy laws, including those in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and New Jersey, treat ad tracking like ours as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as targeted advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- have your information deleted;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising;
- appeal if we turn down your request;
- use these rights without being treated differently for it.
To make a request, email info@techcelerant.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. We’ll confirm the request comes from you, usually by replying to the email address we have on file, and respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we’ll tell you why. You can also have an authorized agent make the request for you; we’ll ask for proof that you gave them permission. To appeal a decision, reply to our answer and ask us to look at it again.
08How long we keep it
We keep inquiries (in our email) and project correspondence for as long as we need them to answer you and deliver work, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it. Analytics and ad providers keep the data they collect under their own retention settings.
09Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to inquiries and payment records is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise that information will never be exposed, but we will tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.
10Children
The site is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email info@techcelerant.com and we’ll delete it.
11Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as our review profiles and social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
12Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and its effective date. See also our terms and payment terms.
